Formland favorites

lately I’ve been visiting the Scandinavia’s biggest design and interior product event – Formland trade show in Denmark. it was my first time at Formland and I was… well impressed for sure. and it was inspirational as well. saw few pieces I’ve never seen around web, for example these cool bamboo/lacquer bowls and boxes. in real life they look really genuine. design/producer Dutch BOXX IT.

nesen pabiju Skandināvijas lielākajā un nozīmīgākajā dizaina un interjera priekšmetu izstādē – Formland, Dānijā. šī bija mana pirmā reize Formland un tas bija… iespaidīgi, jā. un iedvesmojoši. redzēju dažas lietas, ko nekad iepriekš Interneta plašumos nebiju manījusi, piemēram šīs lakotās bambusa bļodiņas un kastītes. klātienē tās izsktās tiešām glauni. dizains/ražotājs dāņu BOXX IT.

also saw and touched the very beautiful Helbak tableware collections, met the owner and designer Malene Helbak.
arīdzen redzēju un aptaustīju skaistās Helbak trauku kolekcijas, satiku īpašnieci un dizaineri Malene Helbak.

and also… oh God, I just fell in love in those inflatable sofas from Blofield. there are 1-, 2-, 3-seat options and the children’s version in various bright colors. I want the white version of 3-seat sofa!

birthday bouquet

I just got this fantastic flower bouquet from my dear friend for my birthday yesterday. flowers are from her garden and she put it together by herself. I couldn’t stop taking photos today… thank you, dear!

duet

I just love those two pieces of furniture together. they click so perfectly, although created by different designers… sofa is from world-famous Italian manufacturer Moroso and called My Beautiful Backside, design by designer duo Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien. wardrobe from quite serious British furniture workshop Unto This Last.

man baigi patīk kā šīs abas mēbeles kopā izskatās un perfekti saskan, kaut arī dažādu dizaineru radītas. sofa ir no pasaules slavenā mēbeļu ražotāja Moroso (dizains – dizaineru pāris Nipa Doshi un Jonathan Levien). skapis radīts Britu mēbeļu darbnīcā Unto This Last.
